What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Shipping is free for purchases over 100€. Purchases under 100€ will attract shipping cost of 5.99€.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept: Direct Bank Transfer, Credit Card Amazon payment or PayPal as payment methods in our Online Shop.
How long will delivery take?
The average delivery time within Germany is 2-3 workdays. International shipping is about 7-15 workdays. For further information on the shipping time, please check the “Terms” statement of the product before placing an order or send us a quick email.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your personal information is shileded behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. What exactly happens after ordering?
After you have placed your order you will receive an Email confirming your purchase. This Email will also contain your order ID which you will need for tracking your order. For us to be able to send you this Email, it is very important that you add your Email address during the ordering process! Once we receive your order, we will start the delivery process, so that your package can be with you within 2-3 days for national orders and 7-10 days for international orders.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes! The invoice will be added to your Email confirming your purchase.
