Where is my order?
You can find the most updated information on your shipment on the Recent Orders page of your account. That being said, shipping times vary depending on the product. To get an estimate on when your order will be shipped, check the "Shipping" section of the product's page before you place an order. As soon as the order ships, you will get an email with tracking information. If it's been more than the allotted shipping time for your order, feel free to Contact Us and we can check on the status!

My order is stuck, what should I do?
Every once in a while, orders can get stuck or lost in transit. If this happens, don't worry! We will get you taken care of.
